Today, RapidLEI has announced a new collaboration with Netherlands-based RegTech company, ISIN2LEI.eu.
The partnership sees ISIN2LEI.eu become an official Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Registration Agent, with its financial client base benefiting from RapidLEI’s pioneering LEI issuance and management service. Banks and other financial institutions need LEIs in order to meet regulatory demands – such as MiFID II, MiFIR & EMIR – and with the LEI fast becoming recognised as the default connector of reference data for KYC/AML and counterparty identification. With this in mind, RapidLEI has launched a new banking and enterprise level service, EnterpriseLEI.

ISIN2LEI.eu Founder and CEO, Johan Hol, said, “Partnering with RapidLEI offers us and our customers the best package – the option of multiyear LEIs, competitive pricing, partner resources and, on top of that, the fastest and easiest LEI issuance process. It will also be fantastic to provide the full EnterpriseLEI solution to our clients who want to self manage high volumes of LEIs with their own full-tool suite. LEIs are the way forward for KYC and client onboarding, and RapidLEI know what the finance industry needs to succeed with LEIs, so I’m very happy to be working with them to bring this extra efficiency to our customers.”
Paul Tourret, Corporate Development Officer at RapidLEI, said, “The ISIN2LEI.eu team’s comprehensive experience in finance and RegTech means they are well-aligned with our mission for transparency and consistency brought about by widespread adoption of LEIs. They will be an important partner toexpand use of our unique same session issuance API in the Benelux region”.
