Tero leads all IAM development within Ubisecure. As a leader of the Engineering team, Tero drives industry standard best-practices across the full stack of Ubisecure’s development and deployment goals. His focus, together with the whole team, is to help our customers to succeed and to ship demonstrably better software and user experience with each release.
Prior to joining Ubisecure, in late 2017, Tero held key roles at Vaisala and Nordea helping the companies to modernise their software stacks and to provide a solid foundation for building future applications and services.
Tero is highly interested in building cloud-native apps and services with great user experience. In addition to technical aspects, Tero is also strongly motivated by working with his team to build an open, positive and effective working environment.
